Finance Programme Lecturer - Private Equity / Business Valuation / M&A / Fin. Analysis
About the Role
One of our partner companies, centrally located in the City of London, is developing a Strategic Financial Learning initiative for Executives. A Learning Programme covering strategic topics - such as Private Equity, Business Valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Analysis - aiming to equip participants with advanced skills and knowledge to elevate their expertise.
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable lecturer to join the team and deliver a comprehensive lecture on these subjects. This lecture will be recorded and integrated into an e-learning module, which is part of a larger Learning Programme. If you are an expert in these areas and passionate about teaching and creating impactful educational content, we would love you to join us.
Role Responsibilities
1.Based on your expertise, you will deliver an engaging and informative lecture covering one of the following topics:
- Private Equity
- Business Valuation Techniques and Financial Modelling
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Financial Analysis
2.Record the lecture in front of a camera for an e-learning module in a workspace in the City of London.
3.Ensure the content is clear, concise, and tailored to senior finance professionals.
4.Collaborate with the eLearning team to ensure the lecture aligns with our overall curriculum and learning objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of the subjects of Private Equity, Business Valuation or Accounting and Finance
- Proven experience as a lecturer or educator in finance or a related discipline.
- Strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to engage an audience through video.
- Experience with recording lectures or online teaching.
- Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in finance or a related field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
- Experience teaching or working with senior professionals.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital education
