The Role
As a Researcher, you will play a critical role in our executive search process, helping to identify and engage the very best candidates for high-profile leadership roles in healthcare and collate market analysis, trends report, competitor analysis and map trens and patterns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong research skills, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to make an impact in an organisation that values quality over quantity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Market mapping & intelligence gathering – Conducting in-depth research to identify, assess, and track senior leaders in the healthcare sector.
✔ Candidate engagement – Building and nurturing relationships with top talent, ensuring a deep understanding of their motivations and aspirations.
✔ Search strategy & execution – Working closely with our experienced consultants to develop bespoke search strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
✔ Data & insights – Providing high-quality research reports and analysis to inform decision-making.
✔ Diversity-focused search – Applying creativity and rigour to sourcing diverse and high-performing candidate shortlists.
