Health and Social Care Lecturer

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and tutorials.
- Implement innovative teaching techniques.
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Record and report student progress and attendance.
- Stay updated with industry developments.
- Support safeguarding and equality initiatives.
- Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant degree in Health & Social Care or related field.
- GCSE Maths and English (C/4 or equivalent).
- Assessor/IQA qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Experience in Health & Social Care
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to equality and diversity.
