ROLE DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of hospitality and catering professionals? Carlisle College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering to join our dynamic team.
As a Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons to students across a range of courses, from Level 1 to Level 3. You will also provide practical training in our professional kitchens, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in culinary techniques, food preparation, and front of house.
This post requires a strong background in within the Hospitality and Catering Industry, or related field and the candidate must have proven track record of professional and vocational expertise.
An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines alongside strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are also essential. The hours of work may include evening and weekends according to business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a well-motivated, cohesive and successful team.
