ITIA Overview

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is an independent body established in 2021 by International Governing Bodies of Tennis (ITF, ATP, WTA and Grand Slams) to promote, encourage, enhance and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide. The ITIA administers the Tennis Anti-Corruption and Tennis Anti-Doping Programmes and is supervised by a Board which consists of five Independent Directors and four Tennis Member nominated Directors, representing the funders. For more information about the ITIA and its work, please visit www.itia.tennis.

At the ITIA, we know diversity fosters creativity and innovation. We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to being a place where all belong. We therefore particularly encourage applications from candidates from underrepresented groups.

ITIA VALUES:

The ITIA is a ‘values led’ organisation and all our values are underpinned by ‘Integrity’. It is in our name, and it is our purpose and with that comes the inherent responsibility to do the right thing. Integrity is not simply a value that we aspire to, it is a non-negotiable part of our everyday work.

Our values are Respect, Collaboration, Excellence, Approachable and Innovation.

• Respect - We recognise that the thoughts, feelings, experiences, and backgrounds of others are as important as our own. We treat people fairly.

• Collaboration - We achieve more when we work together across the ITIA, with players, officials, and the wider tennis family. We are a sport that can be trusted.

• Excellence - We aim to deliver to the highest standards, and to be known as best-in-class.

• Approachable - We are open, connected to and can be trusted by the sport. We actively listen and respond in an empathetic manner.

• Innovation - We are continuously moving forward, improving, and embracing fresh methods and ideas for the biggest impact.

All employees should continually uphold our Values in addition to the role specific responsibilities identified in this job description. Employees are expected to ‘live’ the ITIA values and be able to demonstrate them through their work performance as well as their behaviours. Discussion around how employees ‘live’ the values will be regularly reviewed as part of the performance management process.
