Our team of 8 is made up of socio/political/consumer research experts who are use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to elicit the most relevant and valuable insights from key audiences globally. We specialise in Opinion Formers: those who are instrumental in shaping and influencing the landscape. We place our emphasis on analysis and storytelling, by interrogating findings and joining the dots between cultural context and commercial imperatives. We produce thoughtful, actionable reports that tell our clients where their reputations currently stand, and how to move them forward.


The Role

We are seeking a junior associate/ Senior Account Executive who has a passion to work across both quantitative and qualitative projects, using insights that inform strategic communications and reputation management for clients.

  • We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit & bags of initiative who is keen to develop their research experience in a fast-paced and varied environment
  • Keen to use research in new and imaginative ways in order to meet our clients varied needs
  • Helps to improve the way research informs creative ideas & the way we represent this insight to our clients


Responsibilities:

  • Support on qualitative and quantitative research and insight projects (e.g. project management, supplier management, timings, costings)
  • Support on conducting qualitative research (e.g. focus groups and depth interviews)
  • Support on quantitative research (e.g. the creation of survey questionnaires, data analysis)
  • Support on drafting of research materials (e.g. discussion guides, quantitative questionnaires)
  • Support on analysis of findings and creation of presentations (e.g. analysis documents, preparation of results – Google Slides, word report)
  • Desk research for background information on projects
  • Keeping abreast of new insight techniques and client portfolio news
  • Lead with project admin tasks with the supervision of a project manager.


Skills & Competencies:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a research company (both not essential if academic studies had a research focus)
  • Good communication & written skills
  • An understanding of qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g. interviews, focus groups, surveys) and an interest in how to apply insights to developing communications and reputation strategy
  • Experience of managing suppliers
  • Self-motivated, a willingness to learn and collaborative
  • Ideally an additional European language (French, Italian, German, Spanish)
