Lead Bioinformatician - Immunology - Up to £110,000 - London

Salary: £75000 - £110000 (depending on experience)

WFH: Ideally hybrid but open to remote work with occasional visits

In this role you will be in a mix of hands-on and leadership role in providing computational pipelines and methodologies tackling immunology-based problems (especially humoral), defining immunology strategy, and helping mentorship and growth of the team. You will predict determinants of immunogenicity using statistical and deep learning methods. You will also oversee the integration and analysis of immune-related databases for use.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Structural Biology, Applied ML, Biochemistry, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience with an immunology specialism
• 1+ years' experience in a leadership/strategic role
• Experienced in applying deep learning and statical modelling to immunology research
• Led bioinformatics projects in immunology utilising latest computational methods
