Leadership and Management Lecturer
Join South Staffordshire College and elevate your teaching career with this fantastic opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated, passionate educator to help shape future leaders by delivering accredited Chartered Management Institute (CMI) programmes in leadership and management.
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-quality courses and facilitating blended learning experiences that make a real impact. With leadership expertise and L5 qualification or equivalent, you'll empower students to reach their full potential.
Experience in teaching, training, or assessment is a plus, but we're also open to those who are ready to grow, as we support you in gaining a Level 5 teaching qualification.

What you can expect from us - We care about your wellbeing so have a number of activities all year that provide support. However, time off is also important. We have a generous holiday scheme, the usual Bank Holidays, an additional 5 days at Christmas and 2 'ME' days (where you can have a day off work and do whatever makes you happy) as well as an additional day on campus spent on wellbeing.
