Lecturer/ Assessor Beauty Therapy

Our client is seeking a Lecturer/Assessor to teach, train and assess students on College Beauty programmes within the Curriculum up to Level 5 courses. Providing relevant student support, you will carry out assessments, evaluations and other administrative duties relating to the post and embed the development of Employability Skills alongside English and Maths in all teaching practice.

Acting as a tutor and assessor on Beauty courses and other courses for the curriculum as required, you will complete IVing responsibilities as appropriate, support students with running a commercial salon and liaise with employers and other external agencies as required.

With experience of teaching/training and assessing in Beauty, we ask that you are educated to degree level (or hold relevant professional qualifications) in an appropriate subject, hold Assessor awards (TDLB D32, 33 or A1 and V1) and have a minimum stage 3 teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards).
