We have an excellent opportunity for a Lecturer to join us delivering high quality education in Electrical Installation. We are committed to delivering high-quality education to a diverse range of learners. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Electrical Lecturer who will contribute to the planning, delivery, assessment, and internal verification of Electrical programmes, including 18th Edition and 2365 qualifications.Duties include:
- Deliver course programs at all levels, including preparing work and assessments for college and workplace settings.
- Manage student responsibilities such as interviews, pre-course assessments, enrolment, induction, pastoral care, and progress reviews.
- Participate in curriculum development, marketing, and the introduction of new courses.
- Contribute to quality assurance requirements for course programs.
- Liaise with external agencies such as validating bodies, employers, and placement providers.
- Stay updated in the subject area for personal and professional development.
- Identify and prioritise self-training needs in line with the strategic plan.
For this role we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:
- Degree-level qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
