Lecturer Electrical Installations
We are partnering with a respected public sector client to recruit a Lecturer in Electrical Installation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the training and development of the next generation of electrical professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and assess electrical installation programs from Level 1 to Level 5.
Act as a class tutor, with pastoral and administrative duties.
Develop and utilize teaching resources and promote the use of library facilities.
Maintain and evaluate program quality in line with awarding body standards.
Participate in student recruitment, marketing, and induction activities.
Support the development of new courses in response to workforce needs.
Essential Criteria: GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
Level 5 qualification in Electrical Installation or related field.
Full NVQ Level 3 or above apprenticeship in Electrical Installation.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial electrical installations.
Administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Desirable Criteria: Recognized teaching qualification.
Approved Internal Verifier qualification or willingness to obtain it.
