Lecturer - Employability and Progression
We are looking for an Employability and Progression Lecturer to join our Progression to FE and Routes Lecturer team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £30,202 - £41,769 (pro rata) per annum.

Job Purpose:
To assist in the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the area of Employability and Progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a teaching qualification.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Level 3 English and/or maths.
- Have current teaching or training experience with L1/NEET learners.
- Experience of developing and delivering, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of students.
- Able to motivate and engage students.
- Capable of identifying learning needs and developing learning materials to suit identified needs.
- Be willing to undertake day trips or overnight residentials.
- Patience and the ability to nurture students.
- Ability to drive a minibus.
