An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified, enthusiastic, innovative and competent Lecturer to join the School of Engineering, Digital and Services to Business here at Chesterfield College, delivering qualifications across both Levels 2 and 3 within our fantastic Business curriculum area.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a passion for their subject and have the ability to teach to enable excellent outcomes for students. You will be expected to work in classroom-based teaching environments. The role will involve planning, teaching and assessing the work of students, in addition to fulfilling the role of a Personal Tutor. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-levels of student attendance, retention and achievement.

The successful candidate will have both vocational and teaching experience alongside a recognised teaching qualification and a qualification in English and Mathematics, at minimum Level 2.

Good administration, interpersonal and IT skills are essential. In addition, previous experiences with the development and/or delivery of T-level provision are desirable.
