Key Responsibilities
- To design a range of vocational skills courses for adults with progression pathways to the Construction Department.
- Focus on core skills covered within Level l courses across a range of construction skills provisions to design 21hr or 45hr short courses for adults. Construction skills areas of expertise include plumbing; woodworking; brick; painting and decorating; plastering; and stone masonry. All courses will fall within the standard Quality Assurance process of the College and will need to include appropriate structure to monitor learner progress and achievement in line with OFSTED regulation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Teaching Qualification Level 5 or above
- Equivalent of GCSE grade 4 (Previously C grade) or above in English & Mathematics
- Construction Skills qualification
- Full driving license with access to own transport
