We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedindividual to join our team as a Lecturer in Engineering. Thisfull-time position combines two exciting roles: delivering on theT-Level Mechatronics course and teaching and assessing the nextgeneration of Engineering Apprentices.

RoleOverview:

you will be responsiblefor:

- Delivering high-quality instruction on theT-Level Mechatronics course.

- Teaching andassessing apprentices in areas such as Mechatronics, Electronics,Robotics, Control Systems, and PLCs.

- Sharingyour industry expertise to inspire and support students to achievetheir full potential.

We are seeking a candidatewith a passion for the Engineering industry who is highly motivatedand eager to support the development of future engineers. Youshould be:

A confident communicator with strongpeople skills who can relate well to students and buildrelationships quickly. Enthusiastic about education and committedto helping others learn and grow.

Organised,self-reliant, and competent in IT.

You shouldhave:

- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience inthe Engineering sector.

- A Level 3 EngineeringQualification or above.

- Competency inMechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Control Systems, andPLCs.

- Ideally, experience with teaching,assessing, and IQA. However, if you don’t have a teachingqualification, we will provide full training and qualifications tosupport your development into a confidentlecturer.
