We are looking to appoint an outstanding candidate to the post of Lecturer in English education, with a specialist interest in Drama, to provide leadership in the fields of Drama and English at the IOE and beyond.

You will join a team of researchers and lecturers whose expertise spans a range of areas relevant to the education context.

You will be involved in teaching on Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programmes, with the possibility of some supervision at Master’s and doctoral level, as well as contributing to knowledge exchange and consultancy activities.

You will hold, or be working towards, a doctorate in a relevant field, with knowledge of a wide range of learning and teaching approaches suited to the learning needs of postgraduate students from a diversity of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
