Salary: £27,347 - £38,101 per annum, pro rata, Academic Grade 4 - 13 (dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent (22.5 hours per week (3 days), 52 weeks)

Lecturer in Maths - The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity at our Trowbridge campus for a part-time Lecturer in Maths. This position plays a vital role in empowering our students to achieve their GCSE or Functional Skills qualifications, building their confidence, and equipping them with essential skills to support their vocational studies and future careers.

Join our dynamic team of dedicated lecturers who deliver high-quality teaching and learning using well-structured schemes of work, assessment plans, and resources that are continually reviewed and enhanced each year. As a lecturer, you will prepare and deliver engaging lessons, mark student work, and regularly assess students working towards recognized qualifications. You will be committed to helping students reach their full potential and ensuring that your teaching materials reflect best practices.

Lecturer in Maths - Key Responsibilities:

As a Lecturer in Maths, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding teaching and assessment, ensuring that our students achieve their maximum potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and preparing engaging schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment plans.
• Contributing to the enrichment of students' educational experience, including supporting their pastoral needs.
• Ensuring that teaching materials and resources reflect best practices and contribute to high-quality provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades, and value added.

Lecturer in Maths - You:
