The Personal and Social Development Lecturer will be responsible for supporting young learners aged 14-16 who have been home-educated with their transition to college.Main Duties of the Personal and Social Development Lecturer:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that address various aspects of personal and social development, aligned with the NCFE L1/E3 Certificate in Personal and Social Development.
- Provide individual guidance and support to help students develop their skills in IT, communication, teamwork, following instructions, and time management.
- Encourage students to reflect on their newfound knowledge and apply it to their personal and academic goals.
- Work collaboratively with other program staff to ensure a seamless transition for students from home education to college.
