About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Lecturer in Project Management to join our team at LMC. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of our IPMDA Programme, engaging with learners through high-quality teaching, mentoring, and academic support.

Please note: This is primarily an online role, but you will be expected to deliver various face-to-face sessions each month in Wimbledon, London, so easy access to this location is essential.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops
2. Providing academic guidance, assessment, and feedback to students
3. Supporting students with personal and pastoral care
4. Developing and enhancing curriculum content and study materials
5. Engaging with employers and industry professionals to enhance learning opportunities
6. Participating in internal verification, assessment boards, and curriculum reviews
7. Assisting with admissions, outreach, and marketing activities

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Master’s degree in Project Management
2. A degree in Project Management or a related field
3. Teaching or training experience in higher education or professional settings
4. Passion for student success and engagement
5. Strong organisational and communication skills
6. Willingness and ability to travel to Wimbledon, London, for face-to-face teaching sessions
