Salary: £32,079 - £49,335 (dependant on qualifications and experience relevant to the role)

Hours: 35 per week, happy to talk about flexible working (between 3-5 days).

About the Company:

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed A-level Psychology lecturer to join our supportive and successful team at Atlee A-Level Academy. Duties will primarily include teaching on A-Level Psychology, Sociology and Criminology courses.


About the Role:

You will be an innovative and creative teacher with a student-centred vision. You will have ambition, energy and drive to provide our students with exciting and challenging lessons in Psychology. You will be self-motivated, a good communicator and have the ability to manage and teach students. The successful candidate will hold a teaching qualification. Possession of a degree with a Psychology component is essential.

Qualifications:

It is essential that all applicants have a degree in relevant subject and a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards this.


Required Skills:

Your enthusiasm will encourage students to achieve their maximum potential, and promote recognition of the importance of mathematics to career progression. You will have a positive attitude to working in this sector. Prior experience of teaching is desirable but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers able to demonstrate commitment and a passion for their subject.
