About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and personable candidate with experience in the automotive industry to join the Motor Vehicle Department at our partner organisation. 

In this exciting role, you will design and deliver Motor Vehicle courses and Level 2 Autocar apprenticeships, both in practical workshops and theoretical settings. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of the department, provide tutorial support to learners, and manage administrative tasks related to the role. 

The ideal candidate will bring substantial automotive industry experience, demonstrate in-depth subject knowledge, and hold at least a Level 3 vocational qualification in a light vehicle discipline. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your industry expertise with a passion for education and learner success. 

Candidates must demonstrate: 

  • Valid UK Right to work
  • Relevant and substantial experience in the automotive industry, specifically within the light vehicle sector. 
  • A minimum of a Level 3 vocational qualification in a light vehicle discipline. 
  • Strong interpersonal and self-motivation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. 
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging course content in both practical and theoretical settings. 
  • A commitment to learner success, including the ability to provide effective tutorial support.
