Who we need
We are looking for experienced lecturers from a Technology/STEM background to join our brand-new Step into STEM faculty. The people we need will have:
- The skills and enthusiasm to foster student confidence and the skills for further study
- The belief that will prepare our students for employment
- The commitment to embed the personal and social skills which transfer to the classroom and workshops, to create Future Ready students
- The ambition to enhance active learning and engagement through vocational, maths and English functional skills, tutorials and embedded enrichment and work experience opportunities<...
