Lecturer (Teaching) in Digital Anthropology
About the role
We are looking to appoint a full-time Lecturer (Teaching) in Digital Anthropology for a period of 12 months, with start date in September .
About you
We seek applicants with broad research and teaching expertise within Digital Anthropology and particularly welcome those with a focus on issues of social media, technological infrastructures, algorithms, and with theoretical or regional interests that complement the interests of existing staff in the Department of Anthropology.You should hold a PhD in Anthropology or related area . You have a strong background in Digital Anthropology with ability to contribute to teaching across the relevant degree programmes.
