You'll walk into an established team of fully qualified lecturers in a well-organized and smoothly running department. Whether you're an experienced lecturer or coming from industry without teaching qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons to students on motor vehicle courses up to Level 3.Incorporate industry innovations such as hydrogen and battery-powered vehicles.Collaborate with the wider Construction and Engineering department to ensure an excellent learning experience for students.What We Offer:
Salary up to £38,000 for qualified teachers, with starting salaries from £27,000 for those coming from industry.Fully funded teaching qualifications, with training sessions held on Tuesday evenings (2pm - 7pm).Free breakfast every morning.Free onsite parkingWork-from-home Fridays.Onsite counselor for staff wellbeing.Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:40am - 5:00pmFriday: 8:30am - 4:00pm (working from home)What We're Looking For:
Candidates with industry experience in the automotive sector, particularly with hydrogen and battery technologies.Teaching qualifications are not required but would be advantageous.
