Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehiclestojoin the Slough & Langley College team on a full-time basis.

Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicles

As Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicles, you will be working 37 hours per week which breaks down into 18 teaching hours and 19 hours for planning, prep, assessment and management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate would be either an experienced Programme Lead seeking a new challenge, or perhaps a tenured Lecturer looking to progress their career to the next level.

Assisting the Head of Department for Motor Vehicles over at Slough & Langley College, the Programme Manager is responsible for the development and management of the curriculum directly supporting the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal in the smooth operation of the department.

Due to the management responsibility of this role, we are seeking someone who has already received a Teaching Qualification of at least Level 4 capable of exceptional delivery and efficient management of the teaching programme within your areas of competence driving student progress towards successful completion.

Through regular assessment and review of the specifications of courses laid out by different awarding bodies, youll work with the department stakeholders to develop strategies, and new curriculum features to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. Assisting in the dissemination of these strategies and monitor the implementation to ensure the success of our programmes to provide the best outcomes for students.
