We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in Executive Search and Legal Recruitment. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the dual role of Office Manager and Legal Researcher. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while also supporting our legal team by mapping and researching projects.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Coordination:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Organise and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Handle correspondence and ensure proper distribution of information.
Team Support:
- Assist with onboarding new staff and provide ongoing administrative support.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and recruitment consultants.
- Help manage the office calendar and ensure deadlines and appointments are met.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
