You want to contribute to the advances of cardiovascular medicine?

Join the Heart Rhythm Diseases Institute (), University of Bordeaux! Liryc is organized into clinical research teams that work closely with fundamental science teams.

As part of the RHU TALENT project, funded by the National Research Agency, we are recruiting a Post-Doctoral researcher in Artificial Intelligence applied to stroke prediction .

The TALENT project is a winner of Wave 6 of the University Hospital Health Research (RHU). Its objective is to propose new tools for the prediction of stroke risk (CVA) in both primary and secondary prevention.

Votre mission

The final objective of the project is to build and train AI models to make these predictions, based on multimodal data from multiple sources, mainly ECG and CT. The model will allow for a personalized risk assessment, in an opportunistic screening strategy (reviews conducted for other reasons).

Your role will be to contribute to the methodological developments necessary for this objective and to implement the model training.

# Research and development

· You develop innovative AI algorithms and methodologies for medical data analysis, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks and other deep learning methods

· You work on complex multimodal data (imaging, ECG, clinical data, etc.) to improve the prediction of heart stroke

# Deployment of search environments

· You are involved in the deployment of research environments with partner sites located in Denmark, to allow for local data analysis without requiring their transfer

· You work with local teams to install, configure and optimize data processing tools

· You provide technical support and training for local researchers

# Scientific dissemination

· You publish articles in leading international scientific journals

· You present the results at international conferences and workshops

· You contribute to the drafting of research reports for ANR project partners
