CK Group are recruiting for a Post-Doctoral Researcher(Global PK/ PD and Pharmacometrics),to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry attheir site based in Bracknell, on a contract basis for 12 months(potential to extend).
Salary:
21.22-26.52 p/h PAYE.
Post-Doctoral Researcher (Global PK/ PD andPharmacometrics)Role:
- The role requiresexceptional research and communication abilities to play anessential role in high-impact research endeavours spanning fromdiscovery to advanced clinical development of Antibody Drugconjugates (ADC).
- Establish the appropriatedose and regimen to achieve better therapeutic index and understandthe preliminary dosing requirements.
- Establisha comprehensive and flexible framework (Clinical Utility Index) formodelling ADC PKPD and the Exposure-Response relationship in bothpreclinical and clinical settings.
- Develop acellular mathematical model with a deep understanding ofphysiochemical properties, the range of affinities that arecompatible with the target product profile for each ADC target, andthe mechanism of action of ADC components (mAb, linker and payloadand conjugated ADCs).
YourBackground:
- PhD inPharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, ComputationalSciences, Engineering, or a relateddiscipline.
- Experience using relevant softwaresuch as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, orsimilar.
- Experience in QSP, PK/PD,exposure-response modeling or other modelling & simulationrelated discipline.
- Understanding ofpharmacokinetics and/or pharmacodynamicprinciples.
- Proficient in data analysis andreporting.
