candidate with a PhD in a field with a substantial cancer immunology component. The ideal applicant will have experience leading discovery and preclinical projects progressing to early clinical development, with a focus on T-cell biology and oncology. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential, including the ability to influence group decisions. Key responsibilities include utilizing cutting-edge organoid co-culture systems and CRISPR-Cas9 technology. The role demands extensive hands-on experience with handling human cancer tissue, isolating cancer and immune cells, and performing flow cytometry for phenotypic characterization. Applicants should be adept at growing primary T and cancer cells in culture, designing and executing reproducible cytotoxicity assays, and have established expertise in using organoid models and CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing.
