About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective administration of all teaching and learning activities related to the designated programme(s). This will include managing enquiries, applications, inductions, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees, and events.

They will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service to current and prospective students, alumni, and staff across the designated programmes and modules. The role will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the School of Management’s Teaching and Learning Support Team.

Please note that this is a job share for days per week: Wednesdays (ideally PM), Thursdays, and Fridays.

Salary details – UCL Grade 7 £43, to £51, (including London Allowance)

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial relevant experience in a similar role. They will also have previous experience of working in teaching and learning administration within a Higher Education environment, along with proven experience of enhancing the student lifecycle from application through to graduation.

Familiarity with Moodle or similar virtual learning environments is essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and support a wide range of stakeholders.
