Are you a passionate and strategic insights leader with a love for creativity, media, and culture? We’re looking for an Qualitative Director with expertise in qualitative research and (hopefully) some cultural strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work with top clients in the tech, media, and also work with other sectors on their corporate and social responsibility too, helping them understand and respond to evolving cultural trends.
Key to this role is being innovative in your approach, understanding how to run strategic research and solve a client's issue through understanding the major problem that they are facing and then advising on that. Answering the why and so what rather than validating things clients already think.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multi-market projects
- Lead strategic insights initiatives and guide teams on mixed-methods research
- Present key findings to clients, ensuring top-quality insights and recommendations
- Innovate with new research methods
- Foster a positive and autonomous working environment for the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 7 years in qualitative insights roles
- Experience working on complex, culturally focused projects
- Strong team leadership and project management skills
- Expertise in brand and communication strategies
- Permission to work in the UK
