CK Group are recruiting for a Research Associate,Health Economics & Outcomes Research to join a company in thePharmaceutical industry at their site based in Tadworth, on acontract basis for 12 months.


Salary:

Hourly rates available of between 13.44 and 17.67 PAYE or 15.07 to19.80 per hour Umbrella.


Research Associate HEORRole:

  • Conductsliterature reviews to understand burden of illness and estimateprevalence & incidence to inform study design &cross-functionaldecision-making.

  • Contributeto the development and maintenance of comprehensive global toolssuch as dossiers (Global Value Dossiers and AMCP dossiers), healtheconomic models, etc. to support optimal pricing and market access.

  • Assist in the planning andconduct of Value & Evidence studies (including real worldevidence studies) to characterize burden of disease to support theunmet medical needs or to address gaps in clinical and economicvalue.

  • Facilitate thegeneration of publications to communicate study findings inscientific channels in alignment of product publication strategy.

  • Represent Value &Evidence at clinical trial team meetings and disseminate keyinformation to V&Ecolleagues.


YourBackground:
  • Master's orPhD degree in one of the following is preferred: epidemiology,health services research, public health, health economics, orequivalent graduatedegree.

  • Basic competencewith methodological approaches and tools in health servicesresearch is required, e.g., literature review, clinical datainterpretation and claim dataanalysis.

  • Knowledge of datascience and/or health economic methodologiesdesirable.

  • Knowledge ofinternational health systems, health technology assessment, andpharmaceutical economicspreferable.
