Position: Research Associate
Location: Home-working
Hours: Part-time (2 days per week), 1-year contract, flexible hours
Salary: £40,000 pa (pro rata)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to support our ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels in research and desires to see their academic work translated into action. The successful candidate will manage and support various activities, from research planning, data collection and analysis, and dissemination via content creation for social and digital media platforms, e.g. podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough research on public health policies, particularly vaccine research and policy implications.
· Analyse data and contribute to the production of reports and academic papers.
· Help develop compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, to disseminate research findings and influence public discourse.
· Engage with key stakeholders and participate in networking events to enhance our policy impact.
Requirements:
· Degree in health or policy-related subject (Master-level education is desirable but not essential)
· Demonstrable expertise in conducting detailed research with a track record of academic or professional publications.
· Strong communication skills with the potential to develop further in stakeholder engagement.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
· Provide two samples of previous work that showcase your research prowess and communication skills.
