JOB TITLE: Research Director
SALARY: £60k - £85k DOE
LOCATION: London - 2 days a week in the office

They are looking for a Research Director to join their team.

KEY DUTIES

Direct the full evaluation process across projects, from planning through completion and reporting stages.
Act as a company expert in impact evaluation, building internal expertise and modelling.
Develop client relationships, provide strategic insights, and align research projects with client goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Present research findings clearly to clients, policymakers, and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and understanding.
Stay current with developments in econometric modelling and social market research for high-quality deliverables.
Attend weekly Director meetings, contribute to research improvements, and foster team collaboration.
