We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded professional ready to make a real impact in UK social policy research. If you have expertise in areas like environment, sustainability, low carbon emissions, air pollution, electric vehicles/transport or net zero this is a chance to grow and lead in an innovative environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and expand our impact and economic evaluation practice.
- Shape and lead a high-performing team in this dynamic field.
- Design and implement econometric models to assess social policies.
- Collaborate with public sector clients, providing strategic insights.
- Deliver data-driven solutions and present findings effectively.
- Drive growth through client relationships and new projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring innovation and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in UK social market research.
- Passion for policy: environment, sustainability, low carbon emissions, air pollution, electric vehicles/transport or net zero
- Expertise in econometrics, policy evaluation, and strategy.
- Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or similar field.
- Proven experience in econometric modelling and social impact research.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
