As a Research Manager, you will develop collaborative strategic partnerships with your clients to deliver industry-leading guidance on growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>What will you be doing day to day?</strong></p><ul><li>Developing strategic partnerships with clients and partnering with them to drive the strategies of some of the world’s leading brands.</li><li>Partner with teams on brand equity programmes, communications development, and cutting-edge research techniques.</li><li>Leading client relationships on pitches/proposals and owning the client value proposition.</li><li>Holding responsibility for the budget and cost control of projects.</li><li>Mentoring junior team members.</li></ul><p><strong>What does it take to be successful in this role?</strong></p><ul><li>Highly strategic and consultative, with a passion for brands and brand development.</li><li>Quantitative research mastery and experience leading brand research projects.</li><li>Experience working with global clients within fast-moving sectors.</li><li>Passionate about mentoring junior team members.</li><li>A passion for and pursuit of exceptional client experience.</li><li>Desire and commitment to driving the collective success of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>Kantar is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our colleagues.
