Research Manager (Remote)
A Crypto Prop Trading firm founded by a Senior ex-Citadel Director is currently looking for an experienced individual to help establish and launch a Crypto Options Quant Research/Trading desk.The position is fully remote.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of systematic options trading strategiesWork closely with the engineering team to implement and optimize trading algorithmsStay updated on market trends and developments in the crypto options space
Required Skills and Qualifications~ Deep understanding of option mechanics and option trading strategies~3+ years’ experience trading options at a hedge fund or prop trading firm~ Experience developing systematic, algorithmic trading strategies~ Proficiency in Python for research, backtesting, and strategy implementation~ Familiarity with financial data analysis tools (e.g., pandas, numpy)~ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team~ Strong analytical and quantitative skills
