Research Manager
Echo Talent is proud to partner with an award-winning UK market research agency, we are seeking a Research Manager to join a team which focuses on social research within sustainability, climate change or net zero sectors.
This London based agency has built a strong reputation over the years, they emphasise employee wellbeing, work life balance and maintain a supportive working environment. With recent success and growth they are needing to add another RM to the business.
The Role:
The Research Manager will work on large mixed method projects with government bodies and private sector clients, you will be required to design quant and qual research materials along with strong client management.
Ideally you will have experience in sustainability, climate change or net zero sectors (or at least a interest) with a strong understanding of how a social research agency works.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing high-quality research projects.
- Leading qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring insightful and impactful data outputs.
- Managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and overseeing budgets.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborating with directors and other team members to design and deliver training.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in mixed methods research, with a strong background in social market research.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with strong skills in project management and client liaison.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop research teams.
