The Research Team supports the RNLI through delivering robust insight and recommendations, generated by ethical research and evaluation, enabling the RNLI to make sound evidence-based decisions.This research manager role leads our Lifesaving Research function, with a focus on supporting our Lifesaving, Water Safety, and Safety teams.
