HIRING A MID-SENIOR RESEARCHER + FUTURES EXPERT
We’re a Research and Creative Strategy agency working with some of the world’s biggest companies. We’re a small and agile team, based in East London and looking for someone to join full-time.
Responsibilities : - Lead on client research projects, being the point of contact for all research-related activities during engagements - Define approaches for projects, including various considered methodologies and outputs - Lead on proposal writing and presenting (both in person and online) - Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, consumer behaviour, industry developments and more - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into creative strategies - Provide thought leadership on emerging trends that impact our industry
Requirements : - 4+ years experience at a research agency or in a qualitative research team - Experience in writing different types of discussion guides (screeners, IDIs, IRL, remote, workshops, etc.) - Experience within a Futures role implementing strategies and methodologies with a focus on the future - Extensive experience moderating qualitative research methods and analysing findings - Strong analytical skills to turn research into insight or creative strategy - Experienced in storytelling specifically in turning insights into exciting and inspiring narratives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to travel globally, often at short notice - London-based
