Job Description HIRING A MID-SENIOR RESEARCHER + FUTURES EXPERT We’re a Research and Creative Strategy agency working with some of the world’s biggest companies. We’re a small and agile team, based in East London and looking for someone to join full-time.Responsibilities:- Lead on client research projects, being the point of contact for all research-related activities during engagements- Define approaches for projects, including various considered methodologies and outputs- Lead on proposal writing and presenting (both in person and online)- Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, consumer behaviour, industry developments and more- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into creative strategies- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends that impact our industryRequirements:- 4+ years experience at a research agency or in a qualitative research team- Experience in writing different types of discussion guides (screeners, IDIs, IRL, remote, workshops, etc.)- Experience within a Futures role implementing strategies and methodologies with a focus on the future- Extensive experience moderating qualitative research methods and analysing findings- Strong analytical skills to turn research into insight or creative strategy- Experienced in storytelling specifically in turning insights into exciting and inspiring narratives- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously- Willingness to travel globally, often at short notice- London-basedPerks and Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Opportunities for professional development and career growth- WFH two days per week- Small, fun and friendly team If you feel this role is right for you, please contact info@onro.ad with your CV and a short cover letter.Applicants with less than 4 years experience in a qualitative research position will not be considered.Looking forward to hearing from you! ✌️
