RESEARCHER + FUTURES EXPERT
We’re a Research and Creative Strategy agency working with some of the world’s biggest companies. We’re a small and agile team, based in East London and looking for someone to join full-time.
Lead on client research projects, being the point of contact for all research-related activities during engagements- Define approaches for projects, including various considered methodologies and outputs- Lead on proposal writing and presenting (both in person and online)- Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, consumer behaviour, industry developments and more- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into creative strategies- 4+ years experience at a research agency or in a qualitative research team- Experience in writing different types of discussion guides (screeners, IDIs, IRL, remote, workshops, etc.)- Extensive experience moderating qualitative research methods and analysing findings- Strong analytical skills to turn research into insight or creative strategy- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously- Willingness to travel globally, often at short notice- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Opportunities for professional development and career growth- WFH two days per week- Applicants with less than 4 years experience in a qualitative research position will not be considered.
