Researcher Hub and Events Coordinator (fixed-term contract until July 2025)
People and Organisational Development, Littlegate House, St Ebbs Street, Oxford Location: Oxford city centre office with a flexible approach to remote workingGrade 6: £32,332-£38,205 per annum (pro rata) About the Role This primarily an operational role to sustain, and continue improving, a tailored set of events for research staff and to support innovative work done by the Researcher Hub in coordination with teams across the University. It also involves some strategic design work to improve existing events and pilot new ones towards supporting researchers and the University in meeting Oxford’s commitments to the National Concordat to support the Career Development of Researchers. About You You will enjoy working in a small, vibrant team; meeting colleagues new to the University and helping them feel welcome, and sustaining efficient operational and communication processes. You will be flexible in your approach, alert to opportunities to improve researcher experiences in events, systems and processes, and show initiative in making positive changes with and for the team.
