The opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced candidate-focused and senior Researcher to join our team based in London (hybrid).
What you will be doing:
This role is all about candidate sourcing/resourcing and project managing the delivery of services to clients across the globe.
- You will be hands-on supporting every element of the candidate journey from initial outreach through to the point of offer.
- Use your knowledge of the assignment, company and industry to research and map the market for our clients to find talented individuals who meet the brief.
- Talk to interesting, talented, successful people daily to promote our assignments and assess interest.
- Project manage assignments working alongside the lead consultant, sharing market intelligence and raising any challenges or successes that you identify.
- Support several assignments at a time and will prioritise these roles effectively whilst building your own network and experience.
Skills and Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years' of sourcing experience, ideally, you recruiting across consultancy, professional services, or financial services.
- Demonstrable experience building long-term relationships with candidates.
- Confident in supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent roles with experience taking a brief, sourcing, screening CVs, and managing candidate experience.
- Determination, resilience and positivity.
