We are recruiting for a new researcher to join our growing team.
About the Research Team
Fairer Finance’s Research Team gathers the market data which underlies our:
- Product Ratings - These are designed to help consumers choose good quality or good value financial services products.
- Customer Experience Ratings – These are designed to help consumers find a bank, building society or insurer that offers good service, not just a good rate or price.
- Research Projects – These look at shining a light on market failures in the financial services industry and often underpin Fairer Finance’s campaigns.
- Blogs and analysis – Our research team constantly analyse the trends in our data – using the insights to inform blogs and as well as our media and policy work.
Our research team is responsible for keeping all our ratings up to date as well as developing our methodologies. Our ratings are scrutinised by the public, firms and the media alike - so keeping our data accurate is a core part of the role....
