We’re now looking for a Researcher to join our Executive Search Team. You will have high levels of drive and a commitment to excellent delivery and first-class customer service and want to further your career with a high quality professional search team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Researcher who has previously worked in executive search, ideally specialising in the industrial market. Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising a variety of tools to identify first-class candidates for our team of Consultants.
• Assisting Consultants in the day-to-day management of assignments working with both candidates and clients.
• Work with Consultants to prepare presentations for client presentations/pitches
• Prepare long-list and short-list reports to send to clients
• Attend client meetings, interviews and other relevant meetings with Consultants
• Build target list of candidates/sources for current and future assignments.

Based in our central Leeds office, occasional travel will be required to our London Office and client sites across the UK.
