The Client:

VWA is working with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm in their search for Researchers to join the team. The firm partners with pre-eminent Private Equity and Investment Banking firms, giving the team incredible opportunities to network with future leaders in the industry. The Researcher role:

Due to a growing number of clients and searches, the firm are looking for Researchers to support the wider team. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Reaching out and contacting candidates on the database and external sources such as LinkedIn to discuss potential opportunities
• Supporting the team on existing and upcoming mandates, including preparing of shortlists
• Scheduling of meetings and interviews
• Keeping databases updated with candidate/client activity
• Market mapping
• Producing reports on market relevant topics
