Job Title: SEND LecturerSalary: £25,365 - £33,435 per annum (£15424 - £20332 pro rata).Location: CinderfordContract Type: Part time – 22.5 hours per weekAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with severe learning difficulties? Think FE is proud to be working with an excellent multi-campus college who is seeking two dedicated SEND Lecturers be based in Cinderford.Key Responsibilities:
Teach and support students with severe learning difficulties, helping them achieve their potential.Develop and deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the needs of learners.Collaborate with staff and families to ensure students receive holistic support.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience teaching SEND students is essential.Ideally, you'll hold a Teaching Qualification (TQ) at Level 5.Specialised SEND qualifications are highly desirable.Experience in any of the following areas is a strong advantage: Autism, Asperger syndrome, ADHD, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Moderate and Additional Learning Difficulties (MALD).You will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check including the child barred list in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.
