Role Overview:As an SEND Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching to students with diverse needs, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they require to thrive in a college environment. You will work closely with support staff and learning assistants to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
