ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Research Manager, your role will encompass the following:
- Project Orchestration: Lead the delivery of research projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations from conception to impactful results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a vibrant and supportive research team, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Client Partnership: Work closely with esteemed Client Directors to provide incisive insights to industry giants, navigating diverse business questions.
- Diverse Challenges: Dive into a spectrum of business questions, from ad concept testing to intricate brand tracking, offering a kaleidoscope of challenges every day.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Research Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
- Ideally over 5 years of experience, making you more than proficient in quantitative research methods and techniques.
- An analytical mindset, translating raw data into compelling client narratives.
- Initiative-driven and a problem-solving personality.
- Experience managing the research lifecycle from end to end.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
